Skincare Products

  • Returns are allowed within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Products not meeting these requirements will not be eligible for a return.

Ultra Hub Products

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not qualify for a return.

    Wellness Products

    • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, wellness products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

      Refund Policy

      If your return request is accepted, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be used for future purchases on our website.

      • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after we receive the returned product.
      • The refund voucher will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

      Non-Returnable Items
